How we’re giving back to our communities

Empowered by Devices

2023 Initiative – Victim Services of Renfrew County

In 2023, we decided to partner with Victim Services of Renfrew County. Victim Services of Renfrew County is a non-profit volunteer-based organization which assists police and other emergency services in providing emotional and practical assistance to people who have experienced a crime, tragic life event or community disaster including:

  • Domestic Violence / Partner Assault
  • Sexual Violence
  • Human Trafficking

We understand the role technology plays in our every day lives. Here at FCCF, we strongly believe that access to technology should be a necessity, not a privilege. Empowered by Devices is an initiative we created in 2021 that we will continue to run in an effort to collect devices for those who don’t have access. Each year we select a new group to donate the devices to.

Why this matters

Corporate Social Responsibility

It seems these days we have no shortage of controversial issues overtaking our society. Many companies have started taking action to support movements like BLM, Pride, and Feminism; but not enough companies are doing their part. Corporations have the money, people, and power to make lasting changes; we believe more corporations should be socially responsible to create more inclusive communities.

Giving back & proceeds

We strongly believe corporations, big and small, should be giving back to our communities every chance they get. We all have our part to play, and corporate companies have a big part in change.

All of the efforts we make to give back to our community are completely voluntary. We take no profits from the initiatives we take part in or launch. 100% of all donations find their way to the people we aim to support.
