Jane will discuss the difficulties of working to a client’s needs while remaining 100% virtual. She will outline the challenges and her steps in overcoming the barriers of remote work. She will also share the benefits, joys and ease of managing a digital workforce.

Simone Appleseed
As CEO of Alphatech Inc. Simone is responsible for managing multiple teams. She will discuss the process of transitioning to a 100% virtual work environment and how this process has actually increased team cohesiveness along with productivity.

Adam Woodstock
Fintech Director of Operations, Adam Woodstock, will present the change in work culture as teams moved to remote work. In his presentation he will be outlining the structural changes put in place to accommodate for such a change in workspaces, along with the impact this has on staff morale. Most importantly Adam will reflect on the benefits this change gives his staff – the choice of remaining a remote worker.
